A Trail into the Dark

Welcome to our ongoing D&D 5e campaign featuring two interconnected dark fantasy adventures. This campaign offers a thrilling journey into the depths of mystery and horror, perfect for adventurers seeking challenging encounters and immersive storytelling.

These standalone adventures are designed for 4 players at level 6, but can be played as a continuous two-part story. The adventures are adaptable to various subterranean environments, making them perfect for integration into any existing campaign.

How to Join

1. Join our Discord: First, join our campaign Discord server where we coordinate sessions and discuss the adventure. Click here to join!
2. Create your character: You have two options:
   • Option A: Create your character on your own - Head to the D&D Beyond Character Builder. Create an account, click "Standard" and follow the prompts (you can check the box for beginner text if you'd like extra guidance). Make a Level 6 character. After you go through all the prompts, click "View Character Sheet" and send me the link (it'll look like: https://www.dndbeyond.com/characters/139497062).
   • Option B: Build together - We can schedule a 30-minute pre-session meeting where I'll walk you through character creation step-by-step. Great for first-time players!
3. Share your character: Send me your character sheet link (or let me know if you'd prefer the group character building session).
4. Join the adventure: I'll help you get set up on Foundry VTT for our sessions!

Campaign Schedule

This campaign spans 2 evening sessions total - once a week for two consecutive weeks. Perfect for those who want to experience a complete adventure without a long-term commitment!
